We want to assure you of the quality of our products.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer a refund, store credit or exchange (subject to item availability).
You have a generous period of 2 business days from receipt of your package to request a full refund. We simply ask that you keep the item in its original packaging, unused, and in the same impeccable condition as when it arrived. Please note, our special prices and sale items are unfortunately not eligible for refunds. However, we will be more than happy to assist you with an exchange within three days of your purchase.
For orders that you collect, please note that the refund time is one week in our store, while waiting for you to collect it, plus 48 hours to request the refund

Our returns process is designed to be simple and hassle-free. You have one week to complete the return shipment, and we will arrange for a delivery person to arrive at your door. Please note that while we would love to be able to cover all costs, shipping charges for the initial purchase are unfortunately non-refundable. For returns, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility and will be the original shipping costs you paid when you placed your order.
